Here are some commonly asked questions we get from customers
- What forms of payment do you accept?
For purchases made on board, we accept cash or credit.
- How do I pay for a tour?
To schedule a tour, at least a 50% deposit is required. Tour must be paid in full no less than 48 hours before scheduled departure time.
- What if I need to cancel?
No later than 48 hours before your scheduled departure time, you may contact the Dancin' Dolphin for a one-time reschedule or a refund. No reschedules or refunds will be allowed within 48 hours of your scheduled departure time.
- Is there a restroom on board?
Yes!
- How are Sunday tours different?
Sundays are our "Mocktails, Music, and Memories" tours. Mocktails will be available for purchase on board or you may BYOB.
- Where do we meet?
Boogie over to Bahia Bleu Safe Harbor Marina's back patio to meet your crew. They will take you to the Dancin' Dolphin.
- What if there's inclement weather?
Being on the coast, weather can change rapidly. The Captain will keep an eye on the weather and make any weather-related calls as necessary. We will make every effort to reschedule weather-related missed trips.
- What time should I arrive?
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
- What if I'm late?
If you have booked a shared tour, there is a 5 minute grace period. After that, the boat will leave and no one else will be permitted to board. If you booked a private tour, we will wait for your entire group to arrive, but the tour will return to the dock at the regularly scheduled time.
- Can we play our own music on board?
Yes – especially if it's dance music! A bluetooth sound system plays through 8 speakers throughout the boat.
